Delegate Pushkin moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for HB2349 on page 12, section 5, line 196, following the period by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

“(t) Each medication-assisted treatment program shall offer each patient an annual test for communicable blood-borne diseases.”
